what do you mean by hooked up?…. did they hook up before or after you guys did and has the friend said anything to you since? 

if it was before you guys then just be mad at your friend, but think about if its worth ending the friendship (its just a boy so probably not) as for the guy in this case, he probably wasnt aware you were into him so i wouldn’t be to mad at him…if it was after then i can see how hurt you must feel <3, talk to your friend about it and tell her how you feel about the situation, also if this is the case then im sorry but the boys really not worth it, if he can take something so precious and then just get with your mate then he’s not a good guy.
